Chris Johnson

Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 200) Midwest Power Yoga, RYT

Chris teaches a variety of yoga styles, ranging from gentle flow sequencing to powerful and challenging strength styles. Her instruction is built around the fundamentals of yoga that focus on mind, body and spirit.

Chris believes that all people can benefit from yoga, regardless of their age or physical ability. Each student has their own unique journey based on what they need. Her instruction helps students to live their best life through the practice of yoga. She would love to introduce you to yoga or help you develop your existing practice.

Through her own yoga journey, Chris has developed a passion to live life to the fullest. She lives at her lake home with her husband and dog. Her interests include outdoor activities, travel and trying new things. Chris has three adult children, who are all enjoying beautiful lives of their own.

Mary Addy

CYT 200, Himalayan Yoga Bliss, Darjeeling, India

Mary is a young, passionate yoga practitioner. Using yoga as a form of inner-soul searching, restoration, meditation, and exercise, Mary guides individuals through their own yoga journey. Mary’s gentle instruction allows for beginner and advanced yoga students to expand in yoga psychology, movement and flexibility, and improve general well-being.

She is a vibrant, adventurous spirit who enjoys global travel and incorporates her experiences in the wild throughout her classes.

Mary loves being outdoors and pushing herself to the limits. Her yoga is an experience that is truly unique. She strives to bring each student closer to the Divine, with every class.

Aside from her yoga adventures, she enjoys cooking healthy food and taking care of her cat, Toby. Her hobbies include paddle-boarding, rock climbing, hiking and snow sports. She loves connecting with others and sharing stories of her adventures. Mary looks forward to teaching and connecting through Yoga for Life.
