  • Gentle Yoga

    Yoga practice that is slow and focuses on stretching and meditative breath work. There will be some flowing from pose to pose but at a slower pace. Suitable for both beginner and experienced students.

    Tuesdays from 9:00am - 10:00am

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Yoga practice that combines breath to movement in yoga poses that help to bring flexibility, strength and balance. This class is more physical but there are many modifications for those wanting a less physical practice.

    Thursdays 9:00am - 10:00am

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga sculpt is a strength-building “yoga-inspired” class that utilizes weights (optional). We build strength through repetitive movements that target arms, shoulders, legs and core.

    Chair yoga is an ideal practice for students who wish to enjoy the benefits of traditional yoga with the assistance of a chair to provide stability and to ease stress on the joints. It offers a gentle way to build strength and balance while incorporating traditional yoga breathing. It is a great option for students that may be managing limited mobility, those recovering from an injury or those simply seeking a gentle yoga class.
